It's November, yet still warm and dry enough to sit on the beach this lunchtime - in brilliant sunshine, almost blinded by the reflection from the sea, wrapped up warm with the latest Uncut for company. Life may be in a 'walking through porridge' phase at the moment (thanks to the excellent Miss Inky for hitting the nail on the head there) but just for an hour, what else matters?
It also helps that I'm blessed with a bunch of (bizarrely nicknamed) associates who offer sage advice and gentle reassurance in dark times, so a big THANKS to the Gorgeous Blonde, Camel, Tree, Uncle (& Mrs) Meat, Inky and Aunty PéaWithTheBiscuits for their tender loving care. It'll be OK, I know.
'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.' (Jeremiah 29:11)
